O Lord God Almighty,
on this Fourth of July,
we thank You for the gift of freedom
and for the many blessings
You have poured upon our nation.
We praise You as the source of all liberty,
for true freedom is found not in worldly power,
but in living according to Your holy will.
Lord Jesus Christ,
bless the United States of America.
Guide our leaders with wisdom, humility, and courage.
Help them to protect life, defend truth,
and seek justice with charity.
Heal the divisions among Your people.
Turn hearts away from anger, pride, and selfishness,
and lead us toward peace, unity, and conversion.
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
have mercy on our nation.
Purify our hearts so that we may love what is good,
reject what is evil,
and remain faithful to Your Gospel.
Bless our families, our communities,
our military, first responders, and all who serve others.
Protect those who are suffering, lonely, or forgotten.
Holy Spirit,
renew this land with faith, hope, and love.
May America always seek what is pleasing to You,
and may we never forget that our greatest citizenship
is in Heaven.
Blessed Virgin Mary, Immaculate Conception, Patroness of America,
pray for us.
